Teachers Day Celebration 2023
TEACHER’S DAY Celebration-2023
When Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the 2nd President (1962-67) of independent India, an erudite teacher, and a profound philosopher, was approached by his students with a request to celebrate his birthday, instead, he proposed that the day (5th September) beobserved as Teachers’ Day. It shows that at the core of his heart, he was a teacher first and then anything else. He knew the value of a teacher in transforming a student, a society and a nation.
And the legacy continues….
Every year, 5thSeptember is celebrated as Teachers Day in India.
On this auspicious day, the students of Brilliant Stars School expressedtheir gratitude and honour towardstheir beloved teachers in multiple ways.
The blessed day started with the remembrance of God, followed by a short speech highlighting the role of an ideal teacher and expressing gratitude to them. Teaching by senior class students in junior classes was a unique feature of this day to express their love and gratitude towards their teachers. What act can be greater than this? The senior students went to various junior classes and taught in these classes in a similar way their teachers teach them.
